Werribee Mercy Hospital is the newest paediatric unit in Victoria.  It is based in one of the largest growth corridors in Australia, with a vibrant multi-cultural community.

The expanding, innovative Paediatric unit provides registrars with fascinating medicine in a supportive, educational environment.  We support Registrars commencing the AT project, with a dedicated consultant with a research background to help guide.

Positions are accredited for core General Paediatrics with perinatal component.  The community position has accreditation for Community/Developmental and Psychosocial training for General Paediatrics or as core training in Development and Behaviour and Multidisciplinary care for Community Child Health training.

Many positions are paired with other services to ensure trainees have access to 2 x core training opportunities across their 12 months.  We also encourage trainees to apply to spend 12 months in our busy general paediatric unit.
